I doubt it's possible. Instead you can download all the videos and watch them independent of connection speed.

Yes, it is quite easy to download the videos via iTunesU for viewing offline.

thx for your attention :) I found another way. try to view it in lower resolution, via youtube :) . NB: how I envy MIT students..! they got very good education.. but thanks to ocw.mit ;)
