Cost of capital: When estimating beta for a company and determining to which D/E ratio historical betas relate to (to calculate unlevered beta), how are debt and equity defined? Equity equals market cap, debt equals net-interest-bearing debt I guess.
Are fair value of pension obligations and NPV operating lease obligations part of the debt definition in this context?
