Sketch plane M intersecting plane N. Then sketch plane O so that it intersects plane N, but not plane M.

If you want two planes that don't intersect, they have to be parallel. So sketch M and O as parallel planes (for example, z = 0 and z = 1). Then N can be any plane that isn't parallel to those.
