Just study as much as you can, and make sure you take a break if you feel like your brain is about to explode.

Also try writing down practice problems. Redo problems from your homework and make sure you understand them.

eat a chocolate before the exam, or have a coffee , or listen to music, just don't study anything from the night before till the time of the exam

ok not really. really you should not study at all the day of the exam.  you know what you know and you will only fret.  don't study after say 10 pm the day before, and practice lots of problems rather than reading the text.
