If S = {integers} and subset B = {positive integers}, what is B'? Answer { } {integers} {1, 2, 3, 4, …} {…,-3, -2, -1}

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

B' = set of everything that is in S... BUT excluding everything that's in B

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

So to find B', simply start with the set S and then erase all of the elements that are found in set B to form the set B'
