sharon goes to two different grocery stores and compares the price of candy bars. at good food warehouse, she can get three candy bars for 99 cents. at alpha alpha, she can get four candy bars of $1.25. which is the better buy and why?

the first store is each candy = 33 cents the second store is 31.25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, divide 3 by 99 and you get that one candy bar is 33 cents at the warehouse. Divide 1.25 by 4 and you get that at alph alpa the candy bar is about 31 cents. You be the judge :)
