so what u r going to do is follow the order of operations. so order of operations says to do mult first. so 3X2=6 thereforre we have so far substituted so this is what is left. 6+10x+3 then u add the like terms together which are 6 and 3. so 6+3 is 9. that leaves u to the answer 9+10x

i meant 3x squared, but i couldn't get the 2 to the exponent size
