I use Ms Access 2010 retrieve as link table from Mysql. I have problem some field in Unicode text I can't read(ážáŸ’áž‰áž»áŸ†ážáŸ‚áž„ážáŸ‚áž”á) and those fields store in utf8 format.

What is supposed to be in the field you are reading? Is the field data binary? If it is binary you cannot read the data into UTF8 format in a simple manner. Additionally the Unicode data could be encrypted. If the data is encrypted you will need the decryption algorithm to read the data correctly.
