there are three test tubes

test tube 1 - contains distilled water (5.5ml), Catechol(0.5ml) and potato extract (0ml)
Test tube 2- contains distilled water (5.5ml), Catechol(0ml) and potato extract (0.5ml)
Test tube 3- contains distilled water (5ml), Catechol(0.5ml) and potato extract (0.5ml)

the aim of the experiment is to investigate the activity of the enzyme catechol oxidase.

my results show that
test tube 1- Day 1 is clear , Day 2 stays clear
Test tube 2 - Day 1 is murky brown, Day 2 is very dark brown
Test tube 3- Day 1 is murky brown, Day 2 is very dark brown
