2c--->3m 18c--->x m cross multiply x=(18*3)/2=27 minutes

Maybe I am reading it wrong each can eat 2 in 3 minutes so 4 in 3 minutes or 16 in 12 minutes plus another 2 in 1 and a half minutes is 13 and a half minutes.
