Watch the first lecture and you should be able to take it from there. You should also (after watching the first lecture) check out the course documents and make sure you have python 2.6 installed properly: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-00-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-fall-2008/assignments/getting_started.pdf
