Since the +7 is inside the parenthesis, it moves left and right. A plus with left and right means left! 4x means the slope is 4 times more steep. Therefore, the graph would be moved to the left 7 units and would be at a slope that is four times higher per horizontal movement.
I tried that answer (it's online homework), and it didn't accept it. Is there any other way it can be transformed that way?
