how do you factor: 4v²-33v+8?

how do you get that though?
4x8=32. So you need two numbers that multiply to 32 and add up to -33. Those two are -32 and -1.

Then plug them in.... and you get... 4v^2-32v-v+8... Take common... 4v(v-8)-1(v-8) then you get... (4v-1)(v-8)
Answer is (v-8)(4v-1) See the attached image for how I got that answer.
ok... so now I have 4v²+15-4. 4X4 is 16...and I'm not seeing a way to factor that out.
