Yes. The derivative of A with respect to derivative of x.
So.. Acceleration = dv/dt. The rate of change of velocity in respect to the change in time. (the derivative is rate of change)

dA/dx means the change in A with respect to x, which is a way to say, a change in x causes a change in A. This term is from calculus.
