It was created so that the U.S. could have a central banking system. The Federal Reserve is actually an unconstitutional foundation set up by FDR. It is a centralized and privately owned " company " that controls agriculture, clothes, enviornmental control, stocks, global marketing, electicity, water control, plumbing, the U.S. ECONOMY, nad much more. Basically, they're the ones that control the U.S.
