If n is a rational number, then there exists some p and q that are integers for which n = p/q
A rational number is any number that can be expressed as a fraction of two integers, where the denominator is not equal to zero.
Ex: 2/3 is a rational number since it is the fraction of 2 over 3 Also, 5 is a rational number since 5 = 5/1
