OpenStudy (amistre64):

2 cups of rubbing alcohol mixed with 2 cups of water makes how many cups of the new mixture?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What's this , physics?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Must be a trick..

OpenStudy (amistre64):

....looks all innocentlike ...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it evaporates....

OpenStudy (amistre64):

lol .... no evaporation takes place, its a magic world where nothing in the textbooks can be applied to real life

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm (very suspicious)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, we know it's not 4 because u posted it..

OpenStudy (amistre64):

\[\color{#00ff45}{\text{what!?!}}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how is it being mixed ?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you pour one into the other :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Something weird, like oil and water...

OpenStudy (amistre64):

its something less than 4, yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe - 4 cups of the new mixture. assuming you have a container large enough to hold 4 cups without overflowing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is rubbing alcohol anyway..?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can we use normal alcohol ?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the alcohol parts are small enough to nestle inbetween the water parts and they actually create a total volume that is less than their combined amounts; mass might be the same tho

OpenStudy (amistre64):

rubbing alcohol is what they use to teach you not to cut yourself

OpenStudy (amistre64):

only abnormal alcohols

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So I'm drinking some space with my water....

OpenStudy (amistre64):

yep, and thats why you burp lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Did he post it in there as well?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

those are just fake study groups; everyone knows this is where the action is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's easier to fool physicists (duck)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No physicists in the house, then:-)
