Does anyone know how to point-plot y= 4-(x-2)^2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

start with \[y=x^2\] flip it over to get \[y=-x^2\] move it 2 units right to get \[y=-(x-2)^2\] and then 4 up to ge t \[y=4-(x-2)^2\]

But how do you get it into y=mx+b form?
