x .log(x)=log(x) the answer is 1
1^[1]=1
\[x \ln(x)-\ln(x)=0\] \[\ln(x)[x-1]=0 \] \[\ln(x)=0=>x=1\] \[x-1=0=>x=1\]
you sure that is the only solution? it does not say \[x^x=x\]
it doesn't?
