Here's an MIT class on an intro to C++: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-096-introduction-to-c-january-iap-2011/ They create some of the world's best coders, so I'd start there.

THE BEST EBOOK: C++ Primer Plus, 5th Edition by Stephen Prata.
Buy it, or whatever, this book will help out a lot. Another one is C++ Program Dsign Including Data Structures by D.S. Malik 4th or 5th edition.

And Ignore having to learn C before C++. you will learn c habits and then they will become "bad" habits when using c++. if you must go that far as to know how C works to fully understand C++, then learn c++ then learn C
