\[=2\times2\sqrt{6 x}+3\sqrt{6x}-2\times3\sqrt{6x}\]
\[=4\sqrt{6 x}+3\sqrt{6x}-6\sqrt{6x}\]
\[=(4+3-6)\sqrt{6 x}=\sqrt{6x}\]

if you want text while in math mode use the \text command
then you would get
\[6\sqrt{7} +7\sqrt{7} - 2\sqrt{7}\text{ would the Anwser be }11\sqrt{7}\text{ ?}\]

You can't add or subtract here because the numbers that are in the \[\sqrt{?}\] are all different.
