Can someone help me out with this: I need to find out the distance between the earth and sun in parsecs.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 Parsec = 206.26 x 10^3 Astronomical Units 1 Astronomical Unit = distance from Sun to Earth, so 1 Parsec = 206.26 x 10^3 times the Sun to Earth distance

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ahh, so divide 1 by this many Astronomical Units in a Parsec\[1/206.26x10^{3}=4.848x10^{-6}Parsecs\]
