well sorry to tell you i used deductive reasoning for this problem.
i started with 10% with was $3.10 off.
then i jumped to 15% and it was $4.65 off.
then  i removed $4.65 from 31 dollars 
which equals
31.00x.15
.15=15% in decimal form
31.00-4.65= 36.35
which is 15% of 31dollars. and i am supposing you mean the ten cards as a whole, not singular.
