You know that in a certain town 15% of the registered voters are independents. If you survey 5 registered voters from the town, what is the probability that at least 1 of these5 will be a registered independent?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

15% of 5 would be ideal

OpenStudy (amistre64):

divide 5 into 100 little pieces and then count 15 of them 5/100 = .05 .05(15) = .75
