How do you factor 18ac - 2ay^2 - 24cx^2 + 28x^2y^2

try taking the gcf 2a from first two terms and 4c^2 from last 2:- 2a(9c - y^2) - 4x^2(6c - 7y^2) that dont help ok try something else 2y^2(14x^2 - a) - n0 2 (9ac - ay^2 - 12cx^2 + 14x^2y^2) - thats as far as i can go - cant see any more factors
