first one would be 5.0 and 38.5 = y intercept would be 38.5, slope would be 5
equation would be y = 5m+38.5 follow the same with each.

Sorry, didn't make that clear enough, I think...
5.0 would be the slope of the first one. 
The y intercept would be the 38.5 in the same one.
and the equation for the first one would be y=ax+b or y=5m+38.5
