ohh okay. At my school we just call it Gov haha. Anywayys, I would cornell it. The way I like to do my notes is have the header big and then anything that falls under that category small. For example:
Man's Favorite Pets
-dog
-australian shepherd
-west highland terrier
-lots of energy
-cat
i don't really know much about animals. but this is how i take my notes! Hope that helped(:
