Nervous tissue allows the first three options to occur directly and the 4th option as well after the others have occurred. Contraction of muscles in the body will occur after there is a stimulus, which is connected to irritability and sensitivity. Your response is connected to your sensitivity.
contraction is not a function of the nervous tissue. The musclular tissue contracts in response to the nervous tissue, but it is the muscular tissue's function, not the nervous tissue.
sensitivity is probably the best option
