my guess is a. of the above choices, the best plane is to start with is that between the ulna and the radius. usually muscles on the same plane cannot achieve a lot biomechanically. pronation and supination of our forearm is an exception, in my humble opinion. anatomy wasnt really my thing

b- deltoid not in the plane
d - no plane. only an angle
