The sine function will be maximized for any multiple of pi/2. For example three would be pi/2, 3*pi/2, 5*pi/2 radians
As the terminal side of the angles rotate around the unit circle, the range value of cosine (or any trig function) is dependent only on the the position of the terminal side.
