no hold on... haha it said 4a^2 instead of 160... one moment please

(x+4)(x-4)(X+10). First factor out an x^2 from the first two terms, then factor out a -16 from the last two. this leaves you with x^2(X+10)-16(x+10). then factor by grouping so you are left with (x^2-16)(x+10). Then factor out the square and you are left with your answer!
