resonant frequency of 1H, 13C, and 31P. I assume i use w=By but I am getting strange numbers like 1H=401250000 any one know what i am doing?

I'm not familiar with the particular equation that you're using but I think those numbers look okay. 1H = 401250000Hz = 4.013x10^8Hz = 401.3MHz which sounds about right. Frequencies typically are huge. Also, it looks like that equation gives the answer in radians/s. Make sure you divide by 2pi to change to freq. Why do you think those numbers are weird?
