solve this equality . express its interval notation. (x - 3)(x2 + x + 1) > 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but its an inequality.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x^2+x+1>0\] for all x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so this is just the same as solving \[x-3>0\] i.e. \[x>3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it negative or pos. enfinity?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x>3 means x can take all the values greater than 3 upto +infinity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thought so thankyou so much :D you really are a lifesafer
