Alice has a packet containing 48 green lollies. Bob has a packet containing 56 red lollies. What is the highest number of friends, including Alice and Bob, that the lollies can be shared amongst so that each person receives the same number of green lollies and red lollies? Would it be 8? If not, can someone explain what to focus upon?

OpenStudy (thepwner):

48+56=104 then that means that 52 people each person get 2 lollies

OpenStudy (thepwner):

got it?
