I am not sure, since ive never liked wordpress... try blogger.com, it make nice looking blogs + you can change everything + you can change html/ javascript if you want + it is really simple

You just need one gmail account

As far as I've used wordpress, you can't. Wait, which ID did you mean? Your user ID or your blog domain name? The user ID you can't change. But you can change your domain address.
