does anyone have any stress management tips?

Sleep early.

1- try always to be in physical rest.

Be completely sleep by 10 pm every night. Don't get up until 5:30 am

2. Have a To - DO list for more of time management

3- Practice any sport regularly , (walking is great in good climate).

im doing the to do list, but the sleep doesnt work because of how much i have to study, its 2am here

Also eliminate too many unnecessary inputs into your brain. Of course you have to study, but you don't need a whole lot of noise, friends distracting you every five minutes, family members harassing you, outside noise (trains, buses, cars, horns...) Avoid headphones....listen to soft music

Go to bed by 10 every night. Otherwise you're going to age very fast

4. ALways try to think positively, that will recharge your power more and more.

Also find a Girl Friend, but don't indulge to the point where she becomes a distraction too

Haha I am person that also has a lot of stress..Even for the tiny bits of things..I try to manage my time, keeping a small schedule in my head and goals for the day on what I need to accomplish, so I dont procrasinate toward the end of the day. 6-7 hrs of sleep should also help if your an adult...I get less than that..Just try keeping up with time..Taking everything camly..and planning everything ahead..being organized =)

sometimes , the circumtances if forcing us to be in a speial routine, but when we set with ourselves and in an internal dialogue , with a subjective appraoch, it's always usful to eliminate much of our suffers.
