What makes a corresponding angle?
If the two lines being crossed are Parallel Lines, then the Corresponding Angles are equal.
When two lines are crossed by another line (which is called the Transversal), the angles in matching corners are called corresponding angles.
Crossed as in being crossed by the transversal?

Oh! Ok, thank you for the drawing, Jiwani. :D I get it now. :)
Thank you as well, Vinxc. :)
our welcome..
Hey, I was just wondering if there was a reason as to why "Consecutive interior angles" are also/sometimes called "same side interior angles"?
When two parallel lines are intersected by a transversal, one type of angles formed is same side interior angles. Same side interior angles are pairs of angle that are found on the same side of the line called the transversal.
So the term was basically reworded?
