No tennyalad, they had a net income or loss, they only had a loss int he second year since its in parentheses. You should read more carefully the problem given.

I was just doing my online accounting quiz and I had this question and I thought what tennyland said about how it was $0 in dividends because it was a loss, but the loss is only in parentheses!!! Thanks Brûlée, that helped a lot!
