Does anyone know about Planck and Louis Victor Pierre Raymond de Broglie?

Well...Planck was German, he developed Planck's constant, which is 6.626*10^-34 joules/second, he also did a lot of work with thermodynamics and quantum theory. Victor Pierre Raymond de Broglie was a French physicist who, like Planck, did a great deal with quantum theory, but he is most known for his particle-wave duality theory, which states that matter has the properties of both waves and particles, which he later received the nobel prize for in 1929. I wasn't sure what information you were looking for, so there's the basics...
