identity and equalty properties name the property used in each equation. then find the value of n. p.s please just give me the complete anwser (: n+0=19

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guess it just uses the additive identity?.. anything plus zero equals itself so n=19

OpenStudy (riley):

The property for that equation is the "Additive Identity" property. Adding 0 to anything doesn't change the problem. So . . . n+0 = 19 n = 19 If you have to show some sort of work for this problem, all your doing is solving for n. So you just subtract 0 from 19, and of course are left with 19. Hence n = 19.
