Humm Herrm, well for mitosis there's this nice website: http://www.biology.arizona.edu/cell_bio/tutorials/cell_cycle/cells3.html and this one: http://www.bio.unc.edu/faculty/salmon/lab/mitosis/mitosismovies.html has lots of cool videos. -Sorry was feeling a bit lazy :P
