Give an example of the associative property of multiplication.

OpenStudy (diyadiya):

(2x3)x6=2x(3x6)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok here is the idea: associative law (property) the parentheses move commutative law, the variables or numbers move

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(a\times b)\times c=a\times (b\times c)\] \[(a+b)+c=a+(b+c)\] associative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which really means you can just write \[a+b+c\] or \[a\times b\times c\] the parentheses are not necessary

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do u not know how to research??? you are using computer but you are not researching...that is a very simple one....damn it....!!!!!! you bastard... :P BOGO !!!!!
