you can use Heron's Formula to find the area of any triangle for which you know all 3 sides$$A=\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}$$ where a b and c are the lengths of the sides and s is the semi perimeter, which is all three sides added together and divided by 2  The answer to this problem is 18.116 inches :)
