Not math questions but OpenStudy.com questions: 1) Should I delete my questions after they have been answered? 2) Is there a FAQ or how to use this website. Thanks

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

yes there is a FAQ

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Where? I don't see a link on any of the pages I have found.

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

check it there is FAQ

OpenStudy (amistre64):

questions that have been asked, tend to be the property of the community as a whole; so that we can all view them and learn from them. So deleting a question is frowned upon.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

The objective of openstudy is to allow a study type environment where we can all benefit from participation. By deleting your questions, it comes across as that you are only concerned about your own self interests above those of the community as a whole.

Thank you amistre64. I thought that I shouldn't delete them which is why I asked.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The reason for asking was because there is a delete button on the question.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

there used to not be a delete option, but so many people were saying that they needed the option to "undo" mistakes :) So if you type up a question or a response to a question that just comes out bad; you have an undo button :)

I still haven't located the FAQ. I did find the Feedback page (but now I cannot figure out how I got there) The Feedback page is where I guess I should have posted these questions.
