can anyone tell me the Density of touch receptors (approximate) per square centimeter in the following areas of the human skin:
1) tip of forefinger
2) tip of nose
3) palm
4) upper lip
5) cheek
6) shoulder
7) forehead

I hate to say it, but this is sort of a trick question. It's different for every person, sometimes extremely different. It would be more useful to describe them in terms of relative densities. The tip of your finger will have the highest density followed by your lip, palm, nose, forehead, cheek and lastly shoulder. But, again this may vary from person to person.
