an airplane is flying westward at a velocity of 220km/hr. after 2 hours. how far is the plane? what is the speed of the plane?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

at the speed of light 299,792,458 metres per second,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

after 2hours, how far is the plane?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply it yourself in this case theoretically speaking it should be knots for airplane speed so i dont really know if my answer is correct o.o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[Δx=vΔt \]\[(Δx:km, u:km/hr, Δt:hr)\]\[Δx=220\times 2=440 km\]So, after 2 hours the airplane is 440 km away.

Kmousou how can you make a simple problem into so many weird symbol just tell him 1hr 220km so 2 hr should be double distance travelled :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What's so weird about my answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1315824349480:dw| sPeed is still 220 km/hr no acceleration indicated
