[4    7   52] row 2 divide by 4       [ 1  1.75  13  ]
 
[1  1.75   13]       subtract this to row2  [1   1.75       13]
[1  .67  8.67]                   to get              [0    1.08   4.33]  divide R2 by 1.08

[ 1     1.75     13]
[ 0      1          4 ]  here  y=4 then by back sub
