Please Help!! Use quadratic formula: x^2+7x+19=0

OpenStudy (precal):

\[ax^2+bx+c=0\] Use this to identify your a, b, and c values. a=1 b=7 c=19 Sub those values into the quadratic formula. \[x=(-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac})/2a\] \[x=(-7\pm \sqrt{7^2-4(1)(19})/2(1)\] \[x=(7\pm \sqrt{-27})/2\] Your solution is a compex solution. Look at the graph, the parabola, does not touch the x-axis.
