How do you convert fractions to mixed numbers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Divide the numerator by the denominator and find a remainder. The quotient you get is the whole number. And the remainder becomes the new numerator.

For example 25/4 is equal to 6 R1, so your mixed number would be 6 1/4
