There would be no artificial gravity, only the inertia of the lightbulbs creating centrifugal force, so no bending of light

I guess what you would start to see as the tangential velocity of the centrifuge approached the speed of light is the part of the centrifuge that is coming toward you would be blueshifted and the parts going away would be redshifted
